What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay via iDeal, Bancontact, Klarna, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, and PayPal.
Can I still cancel or change my order?
Orders are processed quickly. Please contact us as soon as possible via hello@vedaenergi.nl — we will do our best to help you, but cannot always guarantee it.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
If you order before 3 PM on a business day, your order will be shipped the same day. Delivery time is 1 to 3 business days — but your package often arrives the next day.
Can I track my package?
Yes. After shipment, you will receive a track & trace link by email that allows you to follow your package.
Do you also ship outside the Netherlands?
Yes, we ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and the rest of the EU. See our shipping page for rates per country.
Products
Is the copper pure, without coating or treatment?
Yes. We work exclusively with pure copper — no coating, no lacquer, no treatment. What you wear is what it is.
Can I wear copper if I have sensitive skin?
Copper is a natural metal and is generally well tolerated. For some people, copper can leave a green discoloration on the skin — this is a natural reaction and is not harmful. Do you have a known metal allergy? If so, test it on a small patch of skin first.
Does copper change color over time?
Yes, copper oxidizes and develops a warmer, darker patina over time. Many people appreciate this living character of the material. Do you want to brighten the copper again?
How do I care for my copper jewelry?
Copper is easy to maintain. Rub it regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For a deeper clean, a mixture of lemon juice+salt or natural vinegar+salt works well. Preferably store your jewelry dry and separate from other metals.
Returns & Warranty
How do I request a return?
The quickest way is through your account: log in, go to your order, and click on Request return. You can also email hello@vedaenergi.nl with your order number.
How many days do I have to return an item?
You have 14 days after receipt to register a return, and then another 14 days to send the package back. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
What if my product arrived damaged?
Please contact us immediately at hello@vedaenergi.nl with a photo of the product and, if applicable, the packaging. We will resolve it quickly.
Account
Do I need to create an account to order?
No, you can also order as a guest. With an account, you can track your orders and easily request a return.
How do I request a return via my account?
Log in to your account, go to the relevant order and click on Request return. Select the item, choose a reason, and submit the request. You will receive the return address by email once the request has been approved.
