Warranty
At VEDAenergi, we place great importance on quality. Our jewelry and products are carefully selected and shipped. However, it can happen that something goes wrong during transport or use. In that case, you can claim warranty.
Legally, you are obliged to report the defect to us within two months of its discovery. If the defect falls under warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge. Please contact us for this via hello@vedaenergi.nl or via the contact form on the website. We will assess whether the warranty applies and inform you about the next steps.
The warranty does not apply to wear and tear, damage or breakage due to improper use, damage after modifications or repairs by third parties, or loss of jewelry.
Complaints Should something unexpectedly not be to your liking, please let us know via hello@vedaenergi.nl. We always look for a suitable solution together.
