Terms and Conditions

1. Who We Are

VEDAenergi ("we" / "us") operates the webshop vedaenergi.nl, hosted on the Shopify platform.

2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through our webshop.

3. Age & Use

You confirm that you are of legal age or have permission from a parent/guardian. Unlawful use or misuse of the site is prohibited.

4. Offer & Prices

All prices are in euros, including VAT. Typographical and printing errors are reserved.

5. Ordering & Payment

The agreement is concluded once you complete the order and we confirm it by email. Payment is made via the provided payment methods.

6. Delivery

Delivery takes place within the specified periods. See our Shipping Policy. Risk transfers upon delivery to you or the third party designated by you.

7. Retention of Title

Products remain our property until the full purchase amount has been paid.

8. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

You have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel your order. After that, you have another 14 days to return it. See our Return Policy for details and exceptions.

Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass on this reduction in value to you. Treat the product with care and ensure it is well packaged upon return.

After notification of the return, we have 14 days to refund the order amount.

9. Warranty & Non-Conformity

You are entitled to a sound product. Report defects within 2 months of discovery. We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund. See also our Warranty Policy.

11. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages, unless required by law (e.g., intent or gross negligence).

12. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure, we may suspend our obligations or dissolve the agreement, without liability for damages.

13. Intellectual Property

All texts, photos, and designs are the property of Veda Energi. Use without permission is prohibited.

14. Privacy & Cookies

We process data according to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

15. Changes

We may amend these terms and conditions. The most recent version will always be on this page.

16. Applicable Law

Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions. For consumers, the court of their own place of residence applies, or otherwise the competent court in the Netherlands.
